I watched about California Wine. In this country, wine is special products since early times . Bill Cooper says we have been keeping top brand for many yaers. 
Wine barrels are made delivering fire and cold wind , thou there grow under street.
In California , wine grape acreage developed rapidly from 1989.

I think wine is adult drink. I working Itarian Bar in Iidabashi , so I often tasting wine.
 However, my taste is  very childishly .
I dislike wine. At some time, I want to say my favorite is wine.
