I think wine is adult drink. I working Itarian Bar in Iidabashi , so I often tasting wine.
 However, my taste is  very childishly .
I dislike wine. At some time, I want to say my favorite is wine.

How to cook Curry Souse from curry powder

I learned how to Curry Souce from curry powder.
If you have curry powder , you  can cook curry  souce easily.
I learned some important points.

For example,  you will need  some ingredient. So, simmer and simmer.

You can also put in any other vegetables or meat you would like and simmer the curry sauce until all the ingredients have been cooked.

2 teaspoons dashi granules
4 cups water
3 tablespoons miso paste
1 (8 ounce) package silken tofu, diced
2 green onions, sliced diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces


Directions
1.In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine dashi granules and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and whisk in the miso paste. Stir in tofu. Separate the layers of the green onions, and add them to the soup. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
